Standard delivery for large items typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Our white-glove delivery team will contact you 48 hours in advance to schedule a specific arrival window.

Do you offer international shipping for home decor?

Currently, ARIA ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for textiles and bedding?

We accept returns on unused and unwashed textiles within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Quality and ethics are at our core. 90% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber, ensuring that your home pieces support responsible forest management.

How can I track my order status?
